Tilapia is a white fish that is high in vitamins and minerals while being relatively low in calories. It’s an excellent source of protein, vitamins D and B12 and contains other nutrients like vitamin B-6, magnesium, iron and potassium. Tilapia is a favorite among many because of its mild and versatile taste.
