6 Blogger-Approved Meals from Our Summer Menu

Written by Terra's Kitchen | Thu, Aug 11, '16

Sometimes choice can be overwhelming (especially with meal delivery services) and a trusted recommendation can go a long way. That’s one of the reasons we asked some of our favorite bloggers to test out a few of our meals (their choice!) and tell us which was their favorite. Here is what they loved and a few ideas for your next order.

1) Gina from Running To The Kitchen proclaimed our Grilled Skirt Steak with Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad “the perfect summer meal” after making it in her first vessel! She said the honey lemon dressing really brightened up the brussels sprouts and made them summer dinner perfection.

2.) Jessica from Jessica in the Kitchen swooned over the Sweet Potato Tacos for a “quick and delicious Mexican weeknight dinner.” Taking just 25 minutes from prep to table, these are perfect for #tacotuesday!

3.) Nicole from Pumps & Iron knew she was going to love the Terra Buddha Bowl because one of her favorites, chickpeas, were on the menu. She loved that it was quick to make, and claims that she “seriously could have eaten the entire pan of chickpeas and onions right out of the oven without even assembling the bowl.” We believe it.

4.) When asked about her favorite, Michelle from The Whole Smiths  chose the Creamy Squash Nests and Blistered Tomatoes. She even said, “It’s so good that I’m planning to keep the recipe card and make this over and over (and over) again. It was SO easy to make and I feel confident saying all of the recipes are something that even the most novice cook could make.” This dish is perfect to replicate with Sunday farmers' market scores. Good thing zucchinis are in season!

5.) Her husband preferred the Mediterranean Tacos, but Andie from Andie Mitchell “preferred the Asian Turkey Burgers because [she’s] a sucker for Asian flavor and anything with pickles.”

6) Liz from The Lemon Bowl must have really loved the Roasted Brown Sugar Salmon that she described as “gorgeous” and “a weeknight dinner dream come true.” The dish is not only good looking, but she said “the flavors of the dish were perfectly balanced and the high amount of protein and fiber left [her] satisfied but not weighed down.” Sign me up!
