Turkey Meatballs 3 Ways

Meatballs are a classic comfort food that deserves a place in your family’s dinner lineup because of their simplicity, versatility, and the fact that they are downright tasty. It’s easy to transform basic  turkey meatballs into exciting, healthy dinners. You can make your own from fresh ingredients in just a few minutes. Even better, once your meatballs are done, you can freeze the extra to use in another recipe, shaving off minutes from your prep work for another day, genius.

Depending on what you plan on making next, you can either brown the meatballs in a skillet (great for dishes like our Swedish Meatballs) or broil them in your oven for about 8 minutes. Here are three simple recipes to dress up this family friendly staple.

  1. Turkey Spinach Meatballs in Skinny Sunday Gravy is a straightforward dish that is sure to satisfy your dinner guests any night of the week (not just on Sunday!). If you want a meal that is more substantial and less skinny, you can easily add some of our whole wheat penne to increase the portion sizes.
